Journal- clear your mind first thing in a morning or last thing at night when you need to download what you are stressed about, happy about & any to do lists.
Create a vision board- display images that represent whatever you want to be, do, or have in your life. This will give clarity to your goals, motivate you & remember to review it.
Set your schedule- get organised to save yourself time & energy by planning out your day the night before. By using a time block approach, it will help you recognise what you can get through in a realistic amount of time. This will avoid disappointment that you did not achieve your to do list in one day!
Mindful moments- check in with yourself a few times a day & recognise your mindset; content, frustrated, angry etc. You can then refocus & be in the moment. You might recompose with a breathing technique or another form of meditation.
Get social media savvy- set limits on the amount of time you scroll & check in, use pre-scheduling for content purposes to give yourself a break & avoid it draining your mental energy.
