What should I wear?

  • Face masks can be worn at your discretion when entering and exiting the building (masks do not need to be worn during classes ).
  • Footwear should be removed before entering the studio and placed on the shelf outside of the studio. Socks are required to be worn on the Reformer. It is recommended socks with grips are used on the mats or bare feet to avoid slipping.
  • Leggings, joggers, shorts and t-shirts or sports tops.

What should I bring?

  • Your own water bottle.
  • Your own mat and hand sanitiser if you wish. There are hand sanitiser dispensers located outside and inside of the studio.
  • A face-mask is now based upon personal preference.
  • Please bring minimal personal items into the studio and place in a plastic bag.

Studio courtesy to fellow clients

  • Please refrain from using strong perfumes/colognes or body sprays.
  • Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent mode.

Studio Protocol

  • Ensure that you arrive/enter the main building no more than 5-6 minutes before your class/appointment.
  • Sanitise hands before entering the studio (dispenser located at the top of the stairs)
  • Socially distance whilst waiting to enter the studio.
  • Remove your shoes before entering the studio and place on the shelfing unit. Coats can be hung on the hooks opposite.
  • Place your mat on the designated circle that you are allocated.
  • Ensure your personal belongings (minimal into the studio) are placed in a plastic bag within your allocated area.
  • When leaving the studio, it will be in reverse order to maintain social distancing.
  • If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms, please do not attend class. Missed classes are available via online.

NB: Any studio equipment used during classes must be left in your allocated area, for collection and cleaning by Sarah (due to COVID-19 regulations).
