What should I wear?

  • A face-mask when entering and exiting the building and whilst having your temperature taken (masks do not need to be worn during classes).
  • Footwear should be removed before entering the studio. Socks are required to be worn on the Reformer. It is recommended socks with grips are used on the mats or bare feet to avoid slipping.
  • Leggings, joggers, shorts and t-shirts or sports tops.

What should I bring?

  • Your own water bottle (studio facilities are currently out of use due to Covid)
  • Your own mat (due to Covid guidelines) and hand sanitiser if you wish. There are hand sanitiser dispensers located outside and inside of the studio.
  • A plastic bag to store your shoes and personal items in.

Studio courtesy to fellow clients

  • Please refrain from using strong perfumes/colognes or body sprays.
  • Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent mode.
