Sarah’s extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement means that she explains exercises and positions in a way that is achievable in class and transferable to real life. Pilates is challenging, but Sarah makes it achievable for all levels. Pilates and Barre online have improved my posture and movement and the Lean and Fit programme has given me a ton of information to ease and embrace the journey through the menopause. Sarah has been an absolute star by keeping us all engaged and positive during the lockdown. Classes are fun and Sarah always goes above and beyond; highly recommended.

Sarah provides a friendly and professional service. She has seamlessly transferred her classes online – providing virtual lessons even before lockdown started. She has been offering a huge variety of different classes, including pilates, yogalates and barre, as well as meditation and breathing classes to help her clients cope during this difficult time. Classes online are all differentiated in order to cater for varying abilities. I would definitely recommend Sarah’s sessions for all of these reasons; she is clearly dedicated to providing an excellent service on many levels.

I took part in the youth yoga classes during lockdown. Sarah explained the positions in detail so that I fully understood. I had pulled a muscle in my lower back and these yoga sessions really helped me stretch my back and relieved a huge amount of discomfort.

Well what can I say, the best thing I have been involved in for my overall fitness with low back pain from running, posture and movement. Sarah’s knowledge and experience of all aspects of the anatomy and movement is outstanding, she explains all the exercises in detail and always gives several options to achieve the best results. The classes are always a delight to attend, challenging sessions in small groups, so attention given to individuals during the classes is achieved.
