I’ve been going to Sarah at SgFit for nearly 4 years, for a 2:1 session weekly and Pilates, Yoga, Barre classes. I would highly recommend all of the above it has most definitely improved my strength & stability. Sarah is an excellent instructor highly dedicated to her profession & can adapt any session to suit your personal needs. The classes are small which means she can correct you at any stage of the session & above all else it’s a happy environment to be in. Through this lockdown period Sarah has been a saving grace to many members as I’m sure they would agree, keep up the amazing work Sarah and Thankyou.
