Sarah provides a friendly and professional service. She has seamlessly transferred her classes online – providing virtual lessons even before lockdown started. She has been offering a huge variety of different classes, including pilates, yogalates and barre, as well as meditation and breathing classes to help her clients cope during this difficult time. Classes online are all differentiated in order to cater for varying abilities. I would definitely recommend Sarah’s sessions for all of these reasons; she is clearly dedicated to providing an excellent service on many levels.
