I started Pilates in January, and it’s been amazing. Having suffered with sciatica for many months this has helped immensely, the pain has gone, and I certainly am feeling the benefits of being able to move more freely. Sarah is brilliant at making sure you get the most out of each movement, she really does take the time to ensure you are carrying out the exercise correctly. Best form of exercise I’ve ever done. Sarah put us at our ease straight away and the hour lessons went very quickly also achieving a lot in that time. I now attend one of Sarah’s small morning classes and feel extremely confident in doing all the exercises knowing that in our private sessions we were taught very well with the correct positions and breathing techniques. Her on-line teaching has been brilliant and a welcome distraction during the lockdown too.
