Sarah explained the exercises really well and it was perfectly focussed for me. Her specific knowledge of what would help me in my sport was impressive. Sarah’s positive approach was welcoming, and I would happily recommend her to help improve sports performance. I’m looking forward to a follow up session.
I took part in the youth yoga classes during lockdown. Sarah explained the positions in detail so that I fully understood. I had pulled a muscle in my lower back and these yoga sessions really helped me stretch my back and relieved a huge amount of discomfort.
I also see Sarah for one to one session following my broken elbow, she gives me exercises that I can work on at home. Sarah is a lovely, kind person, and I always go home looking forward to my next session. Thank you for all of your help.
