A Hatha style of Yoga is mostly followed during this class with a focus on pranayama (breath), the life force of the body, which is often neglected in our hectic schedules. It involves a variety of asanas (poses) in lying, seated and standing format, combining strength, flexibility and balance. The class ends with a relaxation phase, bringing stillness to the body and calmness to the mind.

This is a more dynamic fast-paced class, which adopts both Hatha and Vinyasa practises. It will challenge the body through a combination of more advanced poses and fluid sequences. All abilities are catered for.
