An infusion of Yoga (Hatha and Vinyasa) and contemporary Pilates exercises. Both styles are seamlessly blended to create a flowing class designed to promote strength, stamina, stability, flexibility, balance and mental clarity. The class will end with a relaxation phase.

The class is recommended if you:

  • have a passion for Pilates and Yoga.
  • lead a busy life and are unable to do sessions individually.
  • are either a beginner or an advanced client.
