With over 17 years of teaching experience, Sarah has created your go to safe and effective space-Pocket Pilates. Supportive and purposeful classes enabling you to feel strong, calm and empowered through body and mind. Sarah’s sessions are technical but taught with fun and passion. Sarah has trained with Polestar Pilates, Body Control Pilates and the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute all based in London.

I’m new to Pilates, is it suitable for me?
Yes, modifications and adaptations are given throughout enabling you to tailor classes to your individual needs.
How long are the sessions?
30 minutes pre-recorded content weekly, that will be split potentially into x2 15 minute sessions or a 10 minute express & a 20 minute. Ideal to fit into your schedule.
What equipment do I need?
Some of the classes in Pocket Pilates have the option of adding small Pilates equipment such as the small ball, theraband, loop bands, magic circle and small hand/ankle weights however you do not need these, you can do all the routines without. We recommend you have a mat, towel or cushion.
